Learning by Doing

This means that every day starts with a learning activity. Teachers plan for a nature walk, a science experiment, a farming activity or an eco activity. The morning's learning –Maths, English and Science are drawn from the activity of the day. This ensures that children see a real connection between school learning and the practical concerns of life.

Language is learnt by 'The Whole Language Approach' which is widely accepted around the world . Mathematics teaching proceeds from concrete to abstract , equal emphasis is given to comprehension, mastery of algorithms and application.

Circle Time and Drama, ensure that children learn to express their thoughts and feelings appropriately and without either physical or emotional violence.
