The teachers
Our selection process ensures that only teachers with a positive attitude find a place in Aman Setu.
Teachers undergo vigorous training and mentoring in their first few years.

They attend formal workshops at our own training centre KEYSTONE as well as all over the country. Each teacher undergoes 30 to 35 days of formal training every year.

The intensive planning and study required by the teachers at the beginning of the year, is a course in itself. Aman Setu teachers get NO vacation. They work through the summer. Our teachers are often invited to train other teachers in different schools all over the country.
