Associate Expert
Reena Bhonagiri
Ms. Bhonagiri is a respected special educator and study skills coach with extensive experience guiding teachers and designing inclusive programmes for several schools. She is a member of the Aman Setu trust as well as of the School Managing Committee.
Ms. Bhonagiri visits Aman Setu once a week to suggest teaching strategies which will work with individual children . These include learning strategies and behaviour management strategies.
Susan Khare
A senior Arts expert, art therapist and teacher trainer with decades of international experience, Susan works on the Aman Setu School Managing Committee. She contributes to policy and school vision. She also trains teachers, conducts workshops for mothers and Aman Setu children.
Dr. Sunita Nair
A senior academician and astro physicist, Dr. Nair coordinates the Curriculum Lab Project with Aman Setu teachers. Teachers reflect on their teaching practices, document their activities and discuss ways in which to be more effective. This feeds back into the planning for the next week, month and year.
Neela Deshmukh
Neela is an experienced counselor and social worker with plenty of school experience. Her area is behaviour modification and counselling to parents and teachers. She also conducts workshops for parents.
